1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mybridge.studio (the "Site") and the services provided by mybridge ("we", "us"), operated by [full name of the operator], based in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
By using the Site, booking a consultation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Our services
mybridge provides study-abroad guidance and consultancy, which may include free consultations, university and programme selection guidance, application support, document review, scholarship guidance, visa-application guidance, and related support ("Services").
Our Services are advisory and supportive in nature. We are an independent consultancy. We are not a university, a government body, an immigration authority, or a licensed legal or immigration advisor, and we do not act on behalf of any of them.
3. Eligibility and users under 18
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to agree to these Terms — generally, being at least 18 years old (the age of majority).
Because our Services are aimed at students, we welcome users aged 16 and 17, on the following conditions:
- if you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf, consent to your use of the Services, and supervise that use; and
- any payment on behalf of a user under 18 must be made or authorised by that parent or legal guardian.
By using the Services on behalf of a minor, a parent/guardian accepts these Terms for themselves and the minor.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
mybridge provides guidance and support, but we do not and cannot guarantee any particular outcome.
This includes, without limitation: admission or an offer from any university or programme; any scholarship, grant or financial aid; approval of any visa, residence permit or other authorisation; or any specific timeline.
All admission decisions rest solely with the universities and institutions, and all visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities. Our fees (where applicable) are for our guidance and services, not for any guaranteed result.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide information that is true, accurate, current and complete, and keep it updated;
- ensure all documents you provide are genuine and lawfully obtained — we do not create, falsify or alter documents, and will not support any application containing false information;
- comply with the laws and requirements of your home and destination countries; and
- make your own final decisions about your education, applications and travel.
6. Free consultation
The initial consultation is offered free of charge and with no obligation. Booking a consultation does not oblige you to purchase paid Services, or oblige us to accept you as a client.
7. Fees and payment
Some Services are provided for a fee. Where fees apply:
- the price and what it covers will be made clear to you before you purchase;
- payment is processed by a third-party payment processor, and by paying you also agree to that processor’s terms;
- you are responsible for any taxes, currency-conversion or bank charges; and
- fees are due as described at the point of purchase.
8. Refunds and cancellation

11. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including any implied warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mybridge and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from decisions made by universities or government authorities.
